πŸ“ Tokyo, Japan

FLUX-hosted conference on Japan's national and enterprise AI strategy, with 15 vision and expert sessions at Toranomon Hills Forum.

The Japan & AI Summit 2026 (Japanese title: ζ—₯本AIη«‹ε›½δΌšθ°), hosted by the Tokyo AI-transformation firm FLUX, gathers business and industry leaders to debate the AI strategy Japan now needs at the level of the firm, the industry and the nation. It runs as a single full day, 10:00 to 18:00, at the Toranomon Hills Forum on the 5th floor of the Toranomon Hills Mori Tower in Minato, central Tokyo.

The programme is built from 15 sessions split into two tracks. The VISION SESSIONS take a wide-angle view of how AI reshapes society and industry, with talks framed around themes such as leadership and AI, talent and AI, and Japan and AI. The EXPERT SESSIONS are the hands-on counterpart, focused on embedding AI into businesses and organisations and converting it into competitive advantage, with sessions covering physical AI, marketing and AI, and governance and AI.

Speakers are drawn from the upper ranks of major Japanese enterprises, including chief digital and chief AI officers from companies such as Panasonic, Mitsubishi Chemical, Ricoh, SOMPO, JFE Engineering and Japan Post, alongside FLUX's own leadership. The emphasis throughout is on strategy rather than tool demonstrations: how to wire AI into management decisions, restructure organisations around it, and lift the competitiveness of Japanese industry as a whole.

Attendance is free with prior registration, making this a strong opportunity for anyone tracking how large Japanese corporations are approaching AI transformation. Full speaker line-ups and session details are published progressively on the official summit site.
