ICAIHE 2026: International Conference on AI for Health and Education (Tokyo)

The 2026 International Conference on Artificial Intelligence for Health and Education (ICAIHE 2026) runs from 8 to 10 July 2026 at the International Conference Center on the Waseda University campus in Tokyo. The conference grew out of two earlier international workshops - one on AI-empowered digital health and well-being, and one on LLM and agentic AI for personalised learning - and is squarely focused on how artificial intelligence is reshaping medicine, public health, education and lifelong learning.

For attendees, the scope is explicitly AI-core: the programme targets AI-enhanced and data-driven methods applied to health and education, drawing on data from IoT, wearables, sensors and online platforms. Sessions span machine learning for clinical and educational settings, large language models and agentic AI for personalised learning, human-computer interaction, big data in healthcare, and the ethical considerations of deploying these systems in human well-being contexts. The audience is deliberately mixed - researchers, practitioners and graduate students from AI, data science, healthcare and education backgrounds.

Accepted papers are published in the ICAIHE 2026 Springer Conference Proceedings (CCIS series) and submitted for indexing to Ei Compendex and Scopus, with selected high-quality work recommended to journal special issues. The conference also presents Best Paper, Best Student Paper and best-workshop awards. The submission cycle for 2026 has already closed (camera-ready was due 15 May 2026), so this is now a presentation-and-attendance event rather than a call-for-papers opportunity.
