Seminar Nasional ORAI 2026 - 'Operations Research in the Age of Artificial Intelligence: From Prediction to Prescription' - is organised by the Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering at Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS). The scientific seminar is held on 8 July 2026 in Surabaya, followed by the inaugural OR Society gathering on 9-10 July 2026 at Rollaas Hotel & Resort, Malang.
The programme focuses on integrating operations research with AI and machine learning - predict-then-optimize and decision-focused learning, reinforcement learning and dynamic programming, robust and stochastic optimization, metaheuristics, and applications in supply chain, manufacturing, energy, healthcare and mobility. Invited speakers include Gilarsi W. Setijono (President Director, PT Perusahaan Mineral Nasional), Soerjo Winarto (Operations Director, PT Sreeya Sewu Indonesia) and Andreas Donny Prakasa (Director of Corporate Relations, PT Etana Biotechnologies). Papers may be submitted in Indonesian or English.
