A Taipei developer and practitioner conference built around AI agents, LLM application development and vibe coding across three single-stage programmes.
The 2026 Generative AI 年會 (GAICONF) returns to Taipei on 26–27 June at the Howard International House (福華國際文教會館) near National Taiwan University, themed "Agent First" for builders who already work hands-on with AI agent tooling such as Claude Code, Codex and Gemini CLI.
The programme runs as three single-stage events so attendees never have to choose between parallel tracks: a Developer Conference on the morning of 26 June focused on LLM application development and AI agent architecture, a Vibe Coding Conference on the afternoon of 26 June, and the main conference on 27 June. Across the schedule, organisers list 23 speakers drawn from Taiwan's developer and product community, including Will 保哥, ihower 張文鈿, 吳剛志, Dcard's 林裕欽, Wisely Chen and 王大皓.
Sessions lean toward hardcore technical material and live code rather than vendor pitches, covering agent architecture, retrieval-augmented workflows and the practical patterns teams are using to ship agentic features. The event is community-organised by the Generative AI 年會 production committee, with tickets sold through KKTIX. For developers and engineering leads in Taiwan and the wider region tracking how agent-first development is changing day-to-day work, it is one of the more substantive practitioner gatherings of the year.
