AI Consulting Conference 2026

A one-day Munich conference bringing together leaders from strategy and tech consulting, industry, applied AI, research and law around real AI business value.

Organised by TEG – The Entrepreneurial Group and hosted at Netlight in Munich, the day moves from opening keynotes and a panel on who leads AI transformation, through a real-world case study, parallel industry briefings and limited applied-AI workshops, to a fireside chat on governance and a closing keynote on "Consulting 2030." Speakers come from firms including McKinsey, BCG, Roland Berger, IBM, Accenture, PwC, Capgemini Invent and appliedAI. Participation is by short application and curated selection, with lunch and networking included.
