The workshop examines the fast-growing set of AI projects designed to serve the public interest or common good, and the recurring problem that their development and impact are often opaque, in domains such as health, mobility and justice. It invites short papers (5-9 pages, double-blind) for discussion among researchers and practitioners.
As a one-day academic workshop attached to a national AI conference, it is a focused, research-led venue rather than a large event.
