PAIDeF AI4D Conference 2026

The 2nd Artificial Intelligence for Development (AI4D) Conference, organised by the Practical Artificial Intelligence Development Foundation (PAIDeF), runs 28–30 September 2026 at the Obi-Wali International Conference Centre, Port Harcourt, under the theme "AI for Intergenerational Growth (GrowAI 2026)."

What you gain

A national AI conference and exhibition bringing together researchers, industry professionals and innovators for peer-reviewed papers (IEEE templates), keynotes, exhibitions and networking. Sub-themes span AI in education, agriculture, health, cybersecurity, SMEs and business, responsible and human-centred AI, AI policy, and women and youth in AI. Speakers across the PAIDeF programme include African AI researcher David Adelani (McGill) and industry engineers from Amazon.

Where it fits

It's a growing, applied AI-for-development forum in Nigeria's south, widening the country's AI conference map beyond Lagos and Abuja into the Niger Delta.
