NeurIPS 2026 — Atlanta

NeurIPS 2026 is the 40th annual Conference on Neural Information Processing Systems — the largest and most influential machine-learning conference in the world. For 2026 it runs as a multi-city event; the Atlanta edition takes place 9–13 December, with satellite gatherings also in Paris and Sydney.

NeurIPS is a multi-track interdisciplinary meeting — refereed oral and poster papers, invited talks, tutorials, workshops, demonstrations and a large industry expo focused on ML in practice. The 2026 program is led by senior chairs including Finale Doshi-Velez (Harvard), Jenna Wiens (Michigan), David Rolnick (Mila), Nika Haghtalab (Berkeley) and Marc Deisenroth (DeepMind), with Atlanta co-chaired by Mark Riedl and Irfan Essa (Georgia Tech). New tracks for 2026 include an AI-reviewing experiment, position papers, and a reproducibility track.

Where it fits
