📅 Tuesday, 10 November 2026 → Friday, 13 November 2026 in 112 days

📍 Syracuse, Italy

IEEE workshop on AI for green and sustainable networks, Ortigia-Siracusa, Sicily, 10-13 Nov 2026.

GreenNet-AI 2026 is an IEEE workshop held in Ortigia-Siracusa, Sicily, in parallel with the IEEE NCA 2026 conference. It sits at the intersection of artificial intelligence and next-generation sustainable networks, and calls for research on using AI and machine learning to cut energy use and carbon emissions across communication infrastructure.

The workshop follows a formal IEEE process, with EDAS submission, peer review and IEEE-standard publication of accepted papers. Topics span AI/ML for energy-efficient network operation, carbon-aware resource allocation and sustainable data-centre and edge computing. Attendees are researchers and engineers presenting and discussing methods that make AI-driven networks more sustainable, making this a niche but genuinely AI-core event for the energy and sustainability gap.
