ICTAI is the IEEE Computer Society's long-running annual conference on the tools and applied mechanisms of AI - algorithms, architectures, machine learning, reasoning and domain applications. The 38th edition is in Boca Raton, Florida, in November 2026, with a paper deadline of 30 June 2026.
The IEEE International Conference on Tools with Artificial Intelligence (ICTAI) has been an IEEE Computer Society annual meeting for three decades, focused on developing and evaluating the theoretical underpinnings and applied mechanisms of AI-based components - algorithms, architectures and languages - and their transfer into practical tools. The 38th edition runs 2-4 November 2026 in Boca Raton, Florida (in-person only).
Topics span AI foundations, machine learning, knowledge representation and reasoning, uncertainty, NLP, data mining and big data, and domain-specific applications. Papers are up to eight pages in IEEE double-column format; the submission deadline is 30 June 2026 with notifications on 10 September 2026.
Accepted papers are published by the IEEE Computer Society, with selected extended versions invited to journal special issues.
