IBERAMIA 2026, the 19th Ibero-American Conference on Artificial Intelligence, runs 18-20 November 2026 in Asuncion, Paraguay, with workshops on 16-17 November. It is jointly organised by the Universidad Nacional de Asuncion and Universidad Catolica de Asuncion, supported by Universidad Comunera and the Sociedad Paraguaya de Inteligencia Artificial (SOPAIA).
IBERAMIA is the flagship gathering of the Ibero-American AI community, running since 1988 across Spain, Portugal and Latin America, backed by the region's national AI societies. The 2026 call welcomes all mainstream AI topics: machine learning, planning, knowledge representation and reasoning, NLP, robotics and perception, generative AI, autonomous agents and multi-agent systems, AI in education, and trusted and ethical AI.
Proceedings are published by Springer in the LNAI series, with best papers invited to extended journal versions. Hosting it in Paraguay is notable for spreading a major regional AI conference beyond the usual centres.
