📅 Wednesday, 21 October 2026 → Friday, 23 October 2026 in 131 days
BNAIC/BeNeLearn is the joint Belgian-Dutch-Luxembourg conference on AI and machine learning, a friendly regional venue welcoming everything from full papers to encore and demo submissions. The 2026 edition is in Maastricht in October, with an abstract-and-full-paper deadline of 31 August 2026.
BNAIC/BeNeLearn is the combined 38th Benelux Conference on Artificial Intelligence and 35th Belgian/Dutch Conference on Machine Learning, the main regional gathering for the AI and ML community across Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg. The 2026 edition is organised by Maastricht University and runs 21-23 October 2026.
The conference accepts several submission types - original full papers, compressed contributions, encore presentations of already-published work, demos and late-breaking posters - which makes it accessible to students and early-career researchers as well as established groups. The abstract and full-paper deadline is 31 August 2026, with notifications on 30 September and a late-breaking poster route also closing 30 September.
It is a good shop window for Benelux-region AI research and a low-barrier venue for first conference submissions.
