Berkeley Agentic AI Summit 2026

Agentic AI Summit 2026, hosted by Berkeley RDI (the Center for Responsible, Decentralized Intelligence) and the RDI Foundation, takes place 1–2 August 2026 on the UC Berkeley campus. It builds on Berkeley's hugely popular Agentic AI MOOC series (~40,000 learners) and the 2025 summit, which drew 2,000+ in-person and 40,000+ virtual participants; organisers expect 5,000+ in person in 2026.

What you gain

The summit is designed to span the full agentic stack — from foundation models and agent frameworks to evaluation, infrastructure and real-world deployment — bringing together academic leaders, entrepreneurs, AI-lab experts, VCs and policymakers, with deep attention to safety and security. There's an open call for speakers and papers.

Where it fits

If 2025 was the "Year of Agents," 2026 is the scale-up. Coming from Berkeley — a hub of agentic-AI research and education — this is among the most credible, technically serious venues to understand where autonomous AI systems are genuinely heading, and how to make them responsible.
